Razavi Livestock and Dairy to launch IPO on Fara Bourse

Razavi Livestock and Dairy Industries is set to launch an initial public offering (IPO) on the Iran Fara Bourse this Saturday. The company, which is part of the Astan Quds Razavi organization, will offer 8 percent of its total shares, amounting to 1 billion shares, through a combined method.

The offering will occur in two stages. The first stage involves an auction of 312.5 million shares (2.5 percent of the company) for eligible investors and funds. The second stage will allocate 687.5 million shares (5.5 percent) to retail and institutional investors at a discovered price. The base valuation for each share is set at 7,026 Rials.

As the country’s largest integrated dairy and livestock holding, the company manages approximately 18,000 large livestock and 7,000 small livestock. Financial reports indicate significant growth, with operating revenues increasing from 3.6 trillion Tomans in 1403 to over 6.4 trillion Tomans in 1404. To protect second-stage buyers, a one-year put option will be provided, allowing them to sell shares at a strike price 35 percent higher than the discovered price.
