Razer launches Tartarus V2 Pro gaming keypad

Razer has announced the launch of the Tartarus V2 Pro, a gaming keypad designed for MMO and FPS players. The device features 31 programmable controls, including doubleshot PBT keycaps and a full-sized anti-drift TMR thumbstick.

Technological highlights include Razer’s Analog Optical Switch Gen-2, which allows for an adjustable actuation range between 0.1mm and 4.0mm. The keypad also supports Rapid Trigger technology with sensitivity down to 0.1mm and 8000 Hz HyperPolling for high-frequency input reporting.

To improve ergonomics, the device includes a sliding and rotating wrist rest designed to reduce fatigue. Users can manage up to 24 keymaps across three onboard profiles using Razer Synapse, though certain adjustments can be made via an onboard LED array without software.
