Razgrad Municipality discusses business development and land sales

The Razgrad Municipality and local entrepreneurs held a meeting to discuss collaborative development strategies, including the expansion of the Perister business zone and opportunities for youth. Mayor Dobrin Dobrev presented ongoing and upcoming municipal projects focused on infrastructure, tourism, and cultural development. Key topics of discussion included the 2027 budget preparation, the creation of camper parking, and waste management improvements such as the separate collection of green and food waste.

In a separate administrative action, the Razgrad Municipal Council approved the sale of four land plots within the Perister business zone to the owners of existing legal buildings on those sites. The largest plot, measuring 11,869 square meters and housing a logistics center owned by Misia Glas EOOD, is set to be sold for 219,250 EUR (excluding VAT). Other plots located on Mebelna, Transportna, and Konversia streets will be sold to SAV-Razgrad OOD, Genchev Trans 88 EOOD, and TERM 2006 OOD for various amounts to facilitate the regularization of their business properties.
