RB Leipzig defeats SV Elversberg 4-0 in Bundesliga

RB Leipzig secured a decisive 4-0 victory against SV Elversberg during the seventh round of the Bundesliga at the Red Bull Arena. After a scoreless first half, Leipzig dominated the second period. Tidiam Gomis opened the scoring in the 48th minute, followed by a goal from substitute Romulo in the 66th minute. Christoph Baumgartner added a third in the 84th minute, and Romulo completed his brace in stoppage time to seal the win.

With this result, RB Leipzig moves up to fifth place in the standings with 12 points, while SV Elversberg remains at tenth with 10 points. Other Bundesliga results from the round included Werder Bremen's 3-2 win over Mainz, Paderborn's 1-0 victory against Hamburg, and a 1-1 draw between Augsburg and Union Berlin.
