RB Leipzig linked with Johan Bakayoko and Fisnik Asllani in summer transfer moves

RB Leipzig are reportedly the focus of interest from Italian Serie A side Fiorentina for Belgian forward Johan Bakayoko. Fiorentina are said to be negotiating a loan deal that includes a conditional obligation to purchase, which would activate if the club qualifies for European competition next season. The arrangement is described as complex and involves Leipzig agreeing to terms that could make the transfer financially viable.

In a separate rumour, Hoffenheim striker Fisnik Asllani – valued at roughly €35 million – is expected to move to RB Leipzig. Hoffenheim kept the 23‑year‑old out of a pre‑season friendly to avoid injury before the transfer. Leipzig must trim its 35‑man squad, with several players likely to depart to create space. While Asllani has been linked with other Bundesliga clubs and abroad, Leipzig is currently considered the most probable destination.
