RC Lens defender Jean-Clair Todibo nears return for Troyes match

RC Lens is preparing for an upcoming Ligue 1 match against Troyes, with defender Jean-Clair Todibo expected to return to the starting lineup. Following a minor physical issue during the international break, Todibo has been undergoing a personalized fitness program and has been training with the group for nearly a week.

His potential return creates competition within the defense. Coach Yannick Cahuzac may opt to start Todibo in a three-man defensive line alongside Kyllian Antonio and Ismaëlo Ganiou. This tactical shift could result in Samson Baidoo being moved to the bench; although the Austrian defender has recently returned to competition after a four-month absence, his match fitness remains a point of caution for the coaching staff.
