Football updates: RC Lens manager dismissed and LFP joins sustainability foundation

Several developments are occurring in the football world. At RC Lens, manager Dino Toppmöller has been dismissed after only six matches. Despite an early victory against PSG, poor Ligue 1 results and tensions following the departure of his assistant, Nelson Morgado, led to his exit. Yannick Cahuzac has taken temporary charge.

In commercial news, the LFP has become a founding member of the SPOR&D Foundation, which aims to fund research for sustainable sports surfaces and water preservation. Meanwhile, Chelsea player Cole Palmer faced a Twitch ban after unauthorized gameplay of EA Sports FC 27 was streamed, leading to an interaction with the official EA Sports account.

Regarding player transfers and endorsements, Arsenal's Declan Rice may end his seven-year partnership with adidas in favor of brands like Nike. Additionally, Stuttgart has expressed interest in Borussia Dortmund striker Fabio Silva, who has scored four goals in five matches this season.
