Club Brugge defeats RC Lens 3-0 in Champions League clash

Club Brugge secured a decisive 3-0 victory against RC Lens in their UEFA Champions League league phase match at the Jan Breydel Stadium. Following a high-profile 4-3 win against Inter Milan, the Belgian side maintained their momentum with clinical finishing from Hans Vanaken, Joaquin Seys, and Carlos Forbs.

RC Lens, managed by Yannick Cahuzac, struggled to capitalize on a competitive first half despite creating several opportunities. The French side's defensive instability, compounded by injuries to key players like Ismaëlo Ganiou and Jonathan Gradit, proved costly as Brugge took control in the second half. The defeat leaves Lens in 27th place in the Champions League standings, while Club Brugge continues to strengthen its position in the competition.
