RC Lens faces injury crisis ahead of Prague match

RC Lens faces significant squad depth issues ahead of their upcoming Champions League match against Slavia Prague following a 0-1 loss to Lorient. Manager Dino Toppmöller reported injury concerns for two key players.

Matthieu Udol sustained a heavy blow to his thigh during the 24th minute of the match. While initial fears regarding his ligaments were eased, he is currently using a crutch and his availability for the trip to Prague remains uncertain.

Midfielder Yacine Titraoui is also a major doubt after experiencing sudden thigh pain during the second half. He is scheduled for an ultrasound to determine the severity of the injury, though Toppmöller suggested he may miss the upcoming European fixture. These injuries, combined with the suspension of Souleymane Sagnan, leave the squad severely depleted.
