RCC Leiderdorp garage goes bankrupt after losing premises
RCC Leiderdorp, a garage company in Leiderdorp, has declared bankruptcy after being forced to vacate its business location on Weversbaan. The owner reported tensions with the primary tenant of the facility, leading to a decision to leave the premises in May 2026. Following the move, the company was unable to secure a new location, which severely limited its ability to perform vehicle inspections and repairs.
The bankruptcy, declared on September 8, has left the company with significant debts. The Dutch Tax and Customs Administration (Belastingdienst) has filed a claim for 60,555 euros, while three other creditors are owed nearly 6,000 euros. The curator is currently investigating the exact causes of the financial failure, noting that financial records and annual accounts have not yet been provided. One employee was dismissed following the bankruptcy, and a business restart has been deemed impossible.
