Rückenschule & Yoga Bremen announces 2027 yoga teacher training

Rückenschule & Yoga Bremen has announced the start date for its next 200-hour yoga teacher training program, scheduled to begin on January 22, 2027. The course is Yoga Alliance certified (RYS 200) and is designed to be completed alongside professional commitments.

Led by instructors Elena Novik, Olha, and Jutta, the curriculum combines traditional teaching with modern science, covering topics such as biomechanics, alignment, sequencing, teaching methodology, and yoga philosophy. To ensure personalized instruction, enrollment is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.

The training is structured into five modules held throughout 2027, including an intensive week recognized as educational leave in eight German federal states. An online information session will be held on September 12, 2026, to provide prospective students with details regarding the course content and faculty.
