Rolling Barrage motorcycle ride to conclude in Aldergrove

Rolling Barrage post-traumatic stress awareness motorcycle ride first responders Canadian Armed Forces

The Rolling Barrage Foundation is concluding its 22-day cross-Canada motorcycle ride, which began in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Approximately 170 riders are scheduled to make their final stop in Aldergrove on Saturday, Aug. 22.

The journey spans 10 provinces, with riders traveling roughly 600 kilometres each day. The mission of the ride is to raise awareness regarding post-traumatic stress and to fundraise for programs that support first responders and members of the Canadian Armed Forces.

Local organizations, including the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #265, are participating in the support efforts. The legion has raised funds for the foundation throughout the year via donations and raffles to assist those serving domestically and abroad.
