Egyptian company RcrutAI has launched Panther, an artificial intelligence engine designed to accelerate real estate development decision-making. The tool aims to reduce the time required for market study and analysis from weeks or months to approximately one minute.

Panther integrates multiple stages of the development process into a single workflow. By inputting specific data regarding a land plot, users receive comprehensive analyses including competitive landscape assessments, pricing benchmarks, demand and absorption rates, and product mix recommendations. The platform concludes by generating a feasibility study.
