RCTI to celebrate 37th anniversary with Mahakarya event

Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI) will celebrate its 37th anniversary with a grand entertainment event titled ‘Mahakarya RCTI 37’. The peak celebration is scheduled to be broadcast live on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at 20:30 WIB.

The event will take place at Studio RCTI+ within MNC Studios in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta, which is described as one of the largest and most advanced studios in Southeast Asia. The program aims to showcase art, culture, and modern entertainment innovation, featuring performances by Indonesian music maestros, Indonesian Idol alumni, and various renowned bands.

In addition to musical performances, the event will include theatrical and comedy shows by actors from popular RCTI soap operas, including a wedding celebration for the characters Sena and Davina from the series ‘Terikat Janji’. The lineup features numerous prominent Indonesian actors and musicians, alongside international special guests. Viewers can watch the live broadcast on channel 28 UHF RCTI or stream exclusive content and red carpet moments via the RCTI+ application.
