RDash and RICS India partner to integrate AI construction management into classrooms

RDash, a construction technology firm, has signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the RICS School of Built Environment to integrate AI-based construction management into academic curricula across India.

The non-commercial initiative aims to provide students at RICS-affiliated institutions with free access to RDash’s project management platform, supplemented by orientation sessions, annual workshops, and live project case studies. The program is designed to reach approximately 1,000 students annually, totaling over 3,000 students throughout the three-year term.

By providing practical experience in digital workflows, real-time tracking, and cost monitoring, the partnership seeks to bridge the gap between theoretical academic learning and industry requirements. The initiative aims to reduce the standard on-the-job training period for new hires from approximately three months to four weeks. This marks RDash’s second academic partnership in 2026, following a previous collaboration with NICMAR University in Hyderabad.
