RDash appoints Rajgopal Nair as chief business officer to lead global expansion

RDash, an AI‑powered construction management platform based in Gurugram, India, announced the appointment of Rajgopal Nair as its Chief Business Officer. Nair will head sales and business growth across India, the Gulf Cooperation Council and other strategic international markets as the company enters its next phase of expansion.

Nair brings more than two decades of experience in construction technology, most recently leading Autodesk’s Strategic Territory Business for India and SAARC. RDash CEO and co‑founder Amit Bansal said Nair’s deep industry knowledge and customer‑first mindset will boost the firm’s commercial strategy. The platform already counts major firms such as Mahindra, Reliance, Aditya Birla Group, Amazon and JSW among its customers.
