Reading hosts Bradford City in League One clash

Reading hosts league leaders Bradford City at the Select Car Leasing Stadium on Saturday, October 3, in a significant Sky Bet League One fixture.

Reading currently sits in seventh place with 11 points following a recent 2-2 draw against Wycombe Wanderers. The Royals face several availability issues, including George Earthy, who is out with a plantar fascia tear, and doubts surrounding Josh Knight and Ashqar Ahmed.

Bradford City enters the match at the top of the table, seeking to maintain their lead in the promotion race. The visitors are coming off a three-match winning streak, most recently defeating Luton Town 1-0. Bradford will be without Josh Neufville and Tyreik Wright due to injuries, while Jon McCracken and Ibou Touray are away on international duty.
