Ready Capital secures $141M loan for Portland tower; San José opens green fire station

C-PACE loan Ritz-Carlton Tower Fire Station 8 zero net carbon commercial real estate

Ready Capital has secured a $141 million C-PACE loan for the Block 216 Ritz-Carlton Tower in Portland. The financing was arranged by Peachtree Group and represents the firm’s second-largest C-PACE deal.

In San José, the San José Fire Department has opened a new 6,000-square-foot downtown Fire Station 8 located at 601 E. Santa Clara. The facility is designed to be zero net carbon and was funded through the Measure T bond.
