Steven Spielberg will serve as producer on the upcoming sequel film Ready Player Two, based on Ernest Cline’s 2020 novel. The project is moving forward with screenwriter Zack Penn attached, while Spielberg will not direct. Casting details have not been confirmed, but the sequel follows the 2018 blockbuster that earned $608 million worldwide.

In Italy, a social‑media post liked by television host Antonella Clerici sparked speculation that the new U.S. format The Voice Celebrity could be introduced locally. The show, featuring celebrity contestants and coaches such as Queen Latifah, Riley Green and Joe Jonas, is slated to debut in the United States in spring 2027. No official decision from RAI has been announced.
