Real Akiba and Dwango host Kayo Dai Taiban audition live

Real Akiba and Dwango held the ‘Kayo Dai Taiban CHALLENGE STAGE’ audition live on September 22, 2026, at ANTHEM AKIBA in Akihabara. The event aimed to discover next-generation live performers from the Niconico video platform, specifically targeting creators in the ‘Utattemita’ (singing) and ‘Odottemita’ (dancing) categories.

In the singing category, ‘Hachapare’ took first place, followed by ‘Gondwana Maon Tairiku’ in second. In the dancing category, ‘【Nightmare】’ secured first place, with ‘Shinkansha’ taking second. These winners have earned the right to perform at the ‘Kayo Dai Taiban 2026’ live event scheduled for December 5, 2026, at Dance Hall Shinseiki.

The project seeks to provide a physical stage for online creators to showcase their vocal and performance talents, bridging the gap between digital content and live entertainment.
