Real Betis targets Fábio Silva and Troy Parrott to bolster attack

Real Betis is actively pursuing offensive reinforcements during the final stages of the transfer window. The club has prioritized signing a new striker to bolster Manuel Pellegrini’s squad for the upcoming season, including Champions League competition.

One primary target is Fábio Silva, currently with Borussia Dortmund. Betis is exploring a loan deal with an option to buy, as Dortmund reportedly values the 24-year-old Portuguese forward at approximately 20 million euros. Real Sociedad is also reportedly interested in the player.

Additionally, Betis has emerged as a frontrunner for AZ Alkmaar striker Troy Parrott. The 24-year-old Irish forward recorded 31 goals and 12 assists across all competitions last season. The Dutch club is open to a sale following Parrott's recent loss of a starting position.

These attacking acquisitions are closely linked to the club's ability to secure the return of Dani Ceballos. The former Betis midfielder, currently a free agent after leaving Real Madrid, remains a target, but his arrival depends on the club creating sufficient salary space through their summer transfer investments.
