Real Betis unveils new Forever Green kit for 2026/27 season

Real Betis Balompié has announced the winning design for its special Forever Green kit for the 2026/27 season. The design, created by 24-year-old Álvaro Rojas, was selected through a fan vote on Instagram, receiving 50% of the more than 27,000 votes cast.

The kit focuses on forest fire awareness and conservation. Moving away from imagery of ash and destruction, the design features healthy, living forests symbolized by mature leaves across the fabric. This theme is particularly relevant in Andalusia, where forest fires significantly impact territory and biodiversity.

The competition, organized by Real Betis and Forever Green, drew entries from Spain, Portugal, France, Poland, and Mexico. A committee including representatives from Hummel and the club's marketing and retail departments selected the final four designs, which addressed various environmental challenges including the protection of the Guadalquivir River and the conservation of the Iberian lynx.
