Real estate and commercial developments expand in Roldán and Palmas Altas

Real estate and commercial developments are progressing in Roldán, Argentina, and Palmas Altas, Spain.

In Roldán, the Distrito Roldán project by Grupo Transatlántica is advancing on a 15-hectare site near Route 9. The development includes 180 lots with residential and commercial options, featuring established infrastructure such as internal streets, rainwater drainage, and connections to neighboring areas. Approximately 40% of the lots have been sold.

In Palmas Altas, a residential area designed for 8,000 inhabitants is seeing its first commercial openings. A MASya Group supermarket and the Mono Training Center have begun operations, with a pharmacy and restaurant expected to follow. While many commercial spaces remain available for rent, these openings mark the initial phase of establishing local services for the growing community.
