Real estate assets in Romania listed for sale and auction

Various real estate assets are being made available for sale in Romania, ranging from large-scale agricultural operations to residential apartments via government auctions.

A 240-hectare agricultural farm in Darabani, Constanța County, is listed for sale at 3.5 million euros. The property includes 135 hectares of owned land and 105 hectares under lease. The sale package features a functional farm equipped with machinery, including two combines, three tractors, three trailers, and a 12,000-liter water cistern. Additionally, the property contains two storage spaces, a 300-square-meter house with multiple rooms, and a grain acquisition center located in Negru Vodă.

In Oradea, a 55-square-meter, three-room apartment is being auctioned by ANAF. Following unsuccessful previous bidding rounds, the starting price has been reduced by 50% to 18,850 lei (approximately 3,500 euros). The auction is scheduled to take place between August 19 and September 18, 2026. A minimum bid threshold of 9,425 lei applies. ANAF is also auctioning a two-room apartment in Oravița, Caraș-Severin County.
