Real estate auctions announced in Botoșani and Bihor

Various real estate properties are being offered through auction procedures in Romania.

In Botoșani, a property consisting of 1,137 square meters of land is up for auction with a starting price of 16,200 euros. In Bihor County, ANAF is auctioning a 49.5-square-meter, two-room apartment in Vașcău. The starting price is set at 63,500 lei, but minimum bids can be as low as 31,750 lei (approximately 6,000 euros) under specific conditions.
