Real estate auctions announced in Ogorzelec and Rewal

Several real estate auctions have been announced in Poland. The KROKUS Housing Cooperative in Ogorzelec is holding an unlimited oral auction on September 15, 2026, for an 81.5 square meter, four-room apartment. The starting price is set at 237,500 PLN, with a required deposit of 23,750 PLN.

Additionally, the Rewal Municipality has announced an unlimited oral auction for October 30, 2026, regarding undeveloped properties in Pogorzelica. Two plots of land, each approximately 1,236 to 1,237 square meters, are available for residential and tourist service development. The starting price for each plot is 450,000 PLN, with a 50,000 PLN deposit required.
