Real Estate Crowdfunding Association to host regulatory seminar

The Real Estate Crowdfunding Association and the Real Estate Specified Joint Enterprise Council will co-host a practical seminar on September 30, 2026, regarding recent amendments to the Real Estate Specified Joint Enterprise Act.

The seminar aims to address changes to enforcement regulations and supervisory considerations that were updated on August 21. It will feature presentations from officials at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, legal experts from Ushijima Sogo Law Office, and representatives from the Real Estate Crowdfunding Association.

Topics will include the key points of the regulatory amendments, practical business responses, and the use of recruitment advertisement checklists to ensure industry compliance.
