Real estate developers launch new residential projects in Almería and Valencia

Neinor Homes has launched Villalán, a sustainable residential project in Almería's Paseo de Almería. The development will consist of 28 homes ranging from one to four bedrooms, including penthouses. The project aims to regenerate an urban area by replacing a derelict building formerly used by the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), while preserving the structure's historical facade.

In a separate development, investment firm PropHero, in collaboration with developer GAM, has begun marketing Valencia Nord Residence in Massamagrell. This new housing project features 88 units, with one-bedroom apartments starting at 125,000 euros. The location is positioned within a growing industrial and transport corridor near Valencia, supported by data indicating high projected capital gains and rental demand in the L'Horta Nord region.
