Real estate developments expand in Bengaluru corridors

Major residential projects are emerging in key growth corridors of Bengaluru. In East Bangalore, Assetz Property is developing Assetz Naru and Nami along the Whitefield-Hoskote Road. The project spans approximately 15 acres and will feature six high-rise towers containing 725 apartments in 2, 3, and 4 BHK configurations. The development is designed with roughly 75% open space and is expected to reach possession from 2032 onwards.

In North Bengaluru, Century Real Estate has introduced The Astoria at Century Immencity, located in Jakkur on International Airport Road. The Astoria consists of 334 Neo Luxe Residences and has reportedly recorded over ₹550 crore in bookings. The broader Century Immencity project is envisioned as an integrated lifestyle destination encompassing nearly 10 million square feet of commercial development, retail, hospitality, and community spaces, intended to support over one lakh professionals.
