Real estate developments expand in Caicó and Rio de Janeiro

The Brazilian real estate market is seeing significant new developments in both the Seridó region and Rio de Janeiro.

In Caicó, the Eco Vita Sabugi project is scheduled for official launch on August 22. The development has received its Incorporation Registry, allowing for the sale of lots starting at R$ 60,000. The project features various leisure amenities, including three swimming pools, sports courts, and a playground. Sales will be conducted in partnership with FAS.

In Rio de Janeiro, Opportunity Imobiliário is preparing to launch five compact residential developments in Ipanema under its Be. In. Rio label. These greenfield projects represent a total Gross Sales Value (VGV) of R$ 280 million and consist of 181 units. Two of these projects, located on Rua Barão de Jaguaripe, are expected to launch in September with a combined VGV of R$ 80 million. The group reports high demand for this segment, noting that approximately 95% of previously launched units have already been sold.
