Real estate developments in Opava and Liptovská Sielnica
Residential land development projects are underway in Opava, Czech Republic, and Liptovská Sielnica, Slovakia.
In Opava, the municipality is offering eleven remaining plots in the Stromovce residential area for sale following a September lottery where 43 of 54 plots were allocated. The new neighborhood, located behind the Moravian-Silesian Hospital, is designed for approximately 300 family homes and will include a municipal park. Applicants must be individuals, provide a 100,000 CZK deposit, and commit to building a family home and establishing permanent residency. The price is set at 4,200 CZK per square meter. A public lottery overseen by a notary is planned for November to resolve competing interests.
In Liptovská Sielnica, Slovakia, the Zelené Údolie II project is offering building plots ranging from 350 to 750 square meters. Located near the Choč Mountains and Western Tatras, the plots are intended for family and recreational homes. The development includes infrastructure such as water, electricity, sewage, asphalt access roads, and public lighting. Prices vary by zone, ranging from 86 EUR to 110 EUR per square meter.
