Real estate developments launched in Ho Chi Minh City and Cao Bang

OBC Holdings has officially launched the business phase for the A&K Tower project in Ho Chi Minh City. During the launch event, the developer introduced a “0 dong home purchase” policy and a “3 no - 3 yes” financial solution designed to provide flexible cash flow for different customer groups. To support bank loan options, the developer has partnered with six banks, including Agribank, MB Bank, Vietcombank, and ACB.

In Cao Bang, the Golden Square Cao Bang social housing project is being developed within the De Tham complex in Thuc Phan ward. As the first social housing project in the province's new administrative center, it aims to provide modern apartments and synchronized utilities for officials, workers, and low-income residents. The project is located near key provincial government offices, the provincial museum, and essential infrastructure such as schools and hospitals.
