Real estate firms Dils and Savills strengthen Spanish operations with senior appointments

Italian real‑estate developer Dils has appointed Carlos Aguayo as director of its Hotels and Consulting division in Spain. Aguayo, who holds a degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and has held senior roles at CBRE, Colliers, Deloitte and PwC, will lead the development of hotel advisory services and create a broader consulting business covering offices, retail, logistics, living and hotel sectors.

UK‑based property consultancy Savills announced the hiring of Antonio Díaz as associate director for its industrial and logistics practice in Andalusia. Díaz, a veteran of the logistics and transport sector, is expected to boost Savills' presence in the region and drive growth opportunities for clients in industrial and logistics markets.
