In the industrial sector, Sachem Capital is merging with 98 properties from Industry Realty Group to form IRG Realty Trust, which is expected to become a top 10 industrial REIT. The merger aims to provide lower leverage and improved capital access for shareholders.

CareTrust REIT reported robust growth in its Q2 2026 results, with normalized funds from operations (FFO) per share increasing by 18.6%. The company has invested $1.5 billion year-to-date and maintains a $540 million investment pipeline while reducing its net debt to EBITDA ratio to 1.01x.
