Meanwhile, Santana de Parnaíba is establishing itself as a high-end real estate hub in the western zone of the São Paulo metropolitan area. Driven by population growth and proximity to business centers like Alphaville and Tamboré, the municipality is seeing increased demand for large houses and gated communities. The region benefits from strategic connections to the Castello Branco Highway and Rodoanel, providing access to major economic poles while offering a different residential profile than the dense metropolitan center.
