Real estate markets show divergent pricing in Đelekovec and Zadar

This equates to approximately 864 euros per square meter, positioned as a functional option near Koprivnica due to its proximity to essential services like pharmacies and shops.

In contrast, the new construction market in Zadar, Croatia, reflects a trend toward luxury. Average residential prices in Zadar rose 9.3 percent year-over-year in July, reaching 4,128 euros per square meter. Significant price disparities exist even within similar apartment sizes, with some penthouses reaching over 2 million euros. Major developments, such as Project 100 at Bilo Brdo, continue to drive the market with diverse apartment sizes and amenities.
