Real estate opportunities emerge in Teleorman and Caraș-Severin

Low-cost real estate opportunities are appearing in various regions of Romania. In Teleorman County, a traditional house is being offered for sale in the commune of Necșești for approximately 9,000 to 10,000 euros (48,900 lei). The property includes an 89-square-meter house and a 49-square-meter annex situated on a large plot of approximately 1,825 square meters. The house is currently unfurnished and requires renovation.

In Caraș-Severin County, the Romanian Tax Administration (ANAF) is auctioning a partial interest in an apartment in Oravița. The starting price is approximately 10,000 euros, though this covers only a 1/2 ownership share of the 42.23-square-meter unit. The renovated two-room apartment is located in a building constructed in 1970. Potential buyers should note that the property is subject to several legal encumbrances, including mortgage rights in favor of both the tax authorities and BCR – Caraș-Severin County Branch.
