Real estate transactions reported in Malung and Limhamn

Recent property sales have been recorded in Malung and Limhamn, Sweden. In Malung, a 67-square-meter house built in 1986 at Nord-Kvien 25 was sold for 750,000 kronor to Timur Sanerkin and Karin Christina Ulrika Johansson. This follows a previous sale of a nearby plot at Nord-Kvien 60 for 710,000 kronor in November. In the Malung-Sälen municipality, villa prices have remained largely stable over the last three months, though county-wide prices rose by 3.1 percent.

In Limhamn, a 91-square-meter terraced house built in 1963 at Stiftsgatan 9 was sold for 5,675,000 kronor to Anna Marie Christina Hammarkärr and Ulf Ivar Konrad Hammarkärr. Within the Malmö municipality, villa prices have increased by 4.0 percent over the last three months, while the county saw a 1.6 percent rise during the same period.
