Sweden residential property sales recorded across multiple regions

Various residential property sales have been recorded across several Swedish municipalities. In Falun, a villa on Västra Strömvägen sold for 4,550,000 SEK, amid a 5.4 percent decrease in villa prices in Falun municipality over the last three months.

In Norrahammar, a house on Åsavallgatan was sold for 3,200,000 SEK. In Hallstavik, a 94-square-meter villa on Skogsuddsvägen 31 became the most expensive sale in the area this year, priced at 7,000,000 SEK.

Other notable transactions include a 6,450,000 SEK sale in Falsterbo and a 3,100,000 SEK sale in Vimmerby. In Gävle, property sales ranged from 1,850,000 SEK to 5,900,000 SEK. Data from Svensk Mäklarstatistik indicates varying market trends, with price decreases noted in Norrtälje and Falun, while Vellinge saw a 3.2 percent increase in villa prices over the last three months.
