Sweden real estate: various property sales and market trends

Various real estate transactions and market trends have been recorded across several Swedish municipalities.

In Falun, a 115-square-meter house on Vändrostvägen 18 was sold for 4,850,000 SEK in July 2026. According to Svensk Mäklarstatistik, villa prices in Falun municipality rose by 6.8 percent over the last three months.

In Jönköping, a 127-square-meter villa on Linnégatan 10 was sold for 5,350,000 SEK in July 2026. Local villa prices saw a 3.9 percent increase over the previous three months.

Other notable transactions include a 6,250,000 SEK agricultural property sale in Norrtälje, a 600,000 SEK house sale in Lagan, and a property gift transfer in Mörlunda involving 34 hectares of land. In Arlöv, a 92-square-meter terraced house was sold in March 2026.
