Real estate updates in Oradea and Constanța
In Romania, two distinct real estate developments are making headlines. The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) has announced an auction for a 54.80-square-meter apartment in Oradea. Following previous auctions, the starting price has been reduced by 50% to 18,850 lei. Participants may submit bids as low as 9,425 lei, provided there are at least two valid bidders.
Separately, a villa located in the historic center of Constanța on Cuza Vodă Street has been put up for sale by its owners for 140,000 euros. The property sits on land associated with the ancient Necropolis of Tomis. Although the law grants the state preemption rights to protect heritage sites, both the Ministry of Culture and the Constanța County Council have declined to exercise these rights, citing a lack of funds and the absence of active archaeological research on the specific plot.
