Real Housewives stars to lead Off-Broadway revival of Rumors

Eight stars from Bravo’s ‘Real Housewives’ franchise will make their Off-Broadway debuts in a revival of Neil Simon’s 1988 comedy, ‘Rumors’. The production is scheduled for a 14-week run at the Newman Mills Theater at the Robert W. Wilson MCC Theater Space, beginning in January 2027.

The revival will utilize two separate casts. The first group, featuring Lisa Rinna, Phaedra Parks, Stacey Rusch, and Dolores Catania, will perform from January 9 to February 28. The second group, consisting of Cynthia Bailey, Eileen Davidson, Carole Radziwill, and Candiace Dillard-Bassett, will perform from March 2 to April 21.

Directed by Zhailon Levingston and produced by Benson Drive Productions, the play follows four couples at a party in an affluent New York suburb that descends into chaos when they discover the host in an alarming state and his wife missing. While most of the cast will be making their New York stage debuts, Lisa Rinna has previously appeared on Broadway in ‘Chicago’ and is slated for an upcoming production of ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’.
