Real Madrid and Como enter talks over Nico Paz transfer

Argentine midfielder Nico Paz has chosen to remain with Serie A side Como for the 2026/27 season, a decision that has displeased Real Madrid, who want the player back at the Bernabéu.

Real Madrid have two alternatives on the table: they can trigger a €9 million buy‑back clause that expires on 30 June and later potentially sell him to a Premier League club, or they can pay €60 million now to retain him permanently and keep a resale right at €80 million. Negotiations between the clubs are set for Thursday or Friday in Madrid, while Como remain reluctant to part with the midfielder.
