Real Madrid eyes Michael Olise, may sell Vinicius Jr, and targets Rodri

Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez has identified Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise as a primary target for the summer transfer window. The club is reportedly prepared to sell star forward Vinicius Jr to raise the €150‑222 million fee needed for Olise, whose desire to leave Bayern has been cited. Pérez has already generated €130 million from other sales this season, and a Vinicius deal could provide the funds required.

In parallel, Madrid is linked with Manchester City midfielder Rodri as a solution to a midfield void left by the departures of Toni Kroos and Luka Modrić. Analysts note that the club’s only specialist defensive midfielder, Aurélien Tchouaméni, does not fully replace the creative and defensive roles of the former duo. The potential Rodri signing is being discussed alongside other squad reinforcements under new manager José Mourinho.
