Real Madrid: Mourinho identifies key players for new project

José Mourinho has established a core group of essential players at Real Madrid during the start of the season. While Kylian Mbappé, Vinícius Júnior, Jude Bellingham, Federico Valverde, and Thibaut Courtois have served as the consistent starting foundation, Mourinho also views Arda Güler as an ‘untouchable’ asset.

Mourinho reportedly values Güler for his unique ability to provide different tactical solutions, even when the Turkish midfielder does not start matches. The coach considers him a special talent capable of changing the team's dynamic as matches progress.

In terms of individual performance, Kylian Mbappé has had a prolific start, scoring seven goals in six matches. Meanwhile, Vinícius Júnior has focused on collective defensive work, recording nine recoveries in a recent match against Inter, despite a slower start in terms of scoring.
