Real Madrid signs Arianna Caruso from Bayern Munich
Real Madrid Femenino has officially announced the signing of Italian midfielder Arianna Caruso from Bayern Munich. The 26-year-old has signed a contract that will keep her at the club until June 30, 2030.
Caruso becomes the first Italian woman to play for Real Madrid. The transfer is reported to involve a fee of approximately 600,000 euros plus bonuses. The move aims to strengthen Real Madrid's midfield, which currently includes players such as Sandie Toletti and Sara Däbritz.
Caruso brings extensive experience to the Spanish side, having previously played for Res Roma and Juventus, where she won six Italian league titles. During her time in Germany with Bayern Munich, she secured two Bundesliga titles, two cups, and two super cups. She is also a regular for the Italian national team, with 60 international appearances and 17 goals.
