Real Madrid signs Sergio Martínez from Racing Santander

Real Madrid has officially signed 19-year-old midfielder Sergio Martínez from Racing Santander. The transfer involves the full payment of his €3 million release clause in a single installment.

Martínez, a versatile midfielder who recently made an impact in La Liga with a goal against Villarreal, has committed to Real Madrid with a contract running until June 2030. He is expected to initially join Real Madrid Castilla to continue his development, though he will also have the opportunity to train with the first team under manager José Mourinho.
