Real Madrid has completed the high-profile signing of 19-year-old Ivorian winger Yan Diomandé from RB Leipzig. While some reports suggested Mourinho personally drove the pursuit, the manager stated he did not specifically request Diomandé, noting that he arrived at the club intending to analyze the squad before making demands. Mourinho emphasized that while players like Denzel Dumfries and Ibrahima Konaté were signed to strengthen the defense and midfield, Diomandé represents a different, high-profile profile of talent.
