Real Madrid targets €70 million Bouaddi signing and weighs sale of Mastantuono
Real Madrid, under new manager José Mourinho, have placed a €70 million bid on 18‑year‑old Moroccan midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi, who currently plays for Lille OSC. The club faces competition from PSG, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Arsenal as they seek to add the World Cup 2026 standout, who recently switched his international allegiance to Morocco.
At the same time, Madrid are prepared to part with Argentine winger Franco Mastantuono, a player they bought for €45 million a year ago. Interested clubs include Inter Milan, Benfica, Tottenham Hotspur, Rennes and Sporting Lisbon, with a possible loan back to River Plate being discussed. Mastantuono made 35 appearances and scored three goals for the Spanish side last season but was omitted from the 2026 World Cup squad.
