Real Madrid to retain Brazilian striker Endrick as AS Roma pursues loan

Real Madrid are preparing to keep 20‑year‑old Brazilian forward Endrick after his six‑month loan spell at Olympique Lyon, with head coach José Mourinho reportedly impressed by his performances. The club has not ruled out another loan, but Endrick has expressed a desire to stay and fight for a place in the first‑team squad.

Italian side AS Roma have been linked to a possible loan move for the striker, seeking to bolster their attack. The interest comes as Real Madrid also manage other transfer activity, including the sale of Gonzalo García to Fulham and the €20 million purchase of Carlos Espi from Levante. Endrick’s market value is estimated at €40 million, down from a peak of €60 million when he was at Palmeiras.

The situation adds competition to a forward line that already features Kylian Mbappé and Vinícius Júnior, while the summer market remains active for the Spanish giants.
